FEATURES:
Squarestix^TM female connectors solder into PCBs at a 90° angle.
Accept Aries' Squarestix^TM or any other .025 [.64] square pin product. Consult Data Sheet Nos. 15001 and 15002 for straight and right angle Squarestix^TM, respectively.

SPECIFICATIONS:
Body material is blue UL 94V-0 Glass-filled Polyester Thermoplastic.
Pins are Phosphor Bronze Alloy 510, hard temper.

"0":	100 u [2.54 um] min. Tin per MIL-T-10727 over 50 u [1.27 um] min. Nickel per QQ-N-290.
"1":	10 u [.25 um] min. Gold per MIL-G-45204 over 50 u [1.27 um] min. Nickel per Q-N- 290.
"2":	10 u [.25 um] min. Gold over 50 u [1.27 um] min. Nickel, as in option "1" in contact area, and 100 u [2.54 um] min. Tin over 50 u [1.27 um] min. Nickel, as in option "0", on balance of pin.

Current rating=1 Amp.

Operating temperature:
221°F [-65°C to 105°C] Tin plating,
257°F [-65°C to 125°C] Gold plating.

PCB Installing Force=140 grams/pin; PCB Withdrawal Force=28 grams/pin; based on a .040 [1.02] dia. plated thru hole.

Insertion Force=85 grams/pin max.; Withdrawal Force=28 grams/pin min.; Normal Force=100 grams/pin min.

Insulation resistance = 1000M Ohms min.

Dielectric withstanding voltage=600 VAC.

Accepts leads .020-.030 [.51-.76] square, .115-.325 [2.92-8.23] long.

Suggested PCB hole size = .045 + .002 [1.14 +.05]
